We represent many established artists from Ukraine and Russia.We choose to create a virtual art gallery so that you can view and purchase our paintings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at your convenience from anywhere in the world without any pressure from sales people. Gallery Visual-Art.biz is based in Ukraine. All our art works are in our studios in Kiev and Kharkov. If you wish to see paintings in person, you are invited to attend the artist exhibits that we will be organized periodically. You can also contact us to arrange for a private viewing of particular paintings. 3. How do I purchase artworks? Step 1: When you chose the painting you like, please, click the button "ADD TO CART".
You may add to your Cart (basket) as many art works as you wish. After you fill the Cart with
several art works, please, look through them carefully before pressing the button "CHECKOUT".
If you decide not to buy some art works, please, press "DEL". 4. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept: 5. Will my name be passed onto any other companies? Gallery Visual-Art.biz does not sell your personal information to anyone. We are more than happy to sell wholesale. For collectors and galleries owners we have special price offers. 7. What if I can't find the particular painting I want? Our Gallery represents only original art and only a small fraction of the choice of art we are able to offer. Our commission service allows you to order any painting that you would like. Just let us know which painting you require or send us an image and our artists in possible will create a high quality paintings for you. 8. May I order off-line instead? Of course. You can also send us an e-mail message, with your contact telephone number and convenient times to reach you, and a Customer Care representative will call you to take your order over the phone. 9. When will I receive my order? Usually deliveries take about 2 - 4 weeks (air post service) or 4-6 business day's (express post service - UPS www.ups.com). We have supplied paintings to satisfied customers all over the world. In addition to the USA
and Canada we have shipped painting to customers in France, Germany, Switzerland, UK, Australia.
We ship to anywhere in the World!!! 11. Can I combine shipping while buying not one but more paintings at once? The regular shipping cost of one painting is usually - $40, of 2 paintings - $55 and the price of delivery of 3 art-works is $60.
The terms of delivery are - 2-3 weeks. 12. Why are the pictures unframed? Paintings is sent rolled and safely packed in a secure and sturdy tube. We
do not supply frames for two reasons: 13. How easy is it to get my picture framed? That is simple. After receiving your canvas you can consult your local telephone directory for a list of framers, in your vicinity and order the most suitable frame. The canvas supplied extends beyond the picture boundary, making it easy to frame in this traditional manner. 14. Do you offer a Gift-Wrap Service? We will be pleased to gift-wrap any painting for you and also to enclose a card with the wording of your choice. There is no extra charge for this service. Please Contact Us when you place your order to provide us with relevant information and we will ensure your message is delivered with your order. 15. Can you help me locate an item that is not available on the website? The specialists of our gallery can render the services on finding any painter from Ukraine or Russia or canvases according to your inquiry. Please Contact Us for more details. 16. What is your return policy? All sales are final and art works are not returnable unless you received damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) in which case you are required within 3 days of receipt to send us a message explaining the position, and a Customer Service representative will contact you as quickly as possible. For more information on our returns policy Contact Us. 17. What if my order arrives damaged? All our art works are very carefully shipped in strong specially prepared cardboard (or plastic) tube or strong wood container, paintings are thoroughly packed with special paper and in water-proof polyethylene to avoid any possible damages while transportation. In the unlikely event that it arrives at your door damaged we will either replace it or refund you. You must return such item(s) within 7 days of delivery. After we receive the item(s), we will send you a replacement(s) minus shipping and handling. Please Contact Us immediately.
